Even exchanges are processed for new sizes or widths. 

New colors or new styles are not promotional eligible in the return portal. Promotions from an original order cannot transfer to an exchange for a new color or style. 

To receive a current promotion, we suggest returning your item for a refund or a site credit and placing a new order within the promotional time frame.
