Returns that are sent back via carrier will receive an email confirmation when their return has been inspected* and accepted. Please allow up to 5 days after delivery for the return to be processed.

Returns dropped at a Return Bar are refunded within an hour upon inspection*. 

*Shoes must be in new/unused condition and in their original shoe box to be accepted.

Once the refund is processed, the refund will be applied to the original payment in 3-5 business days. Shoppay installments may take 7-10 business days, and any charges will be processed during this time.
