CREDIT CARDS, DEBIT CARDS, APPLE PAY AND PAYPAL

In most cases, refunds are issued to the original form of payment in 3-5 days from the date of the refund. 

GIFT CARDS

Refunds to the original form of payment of a gift card are issued within one hour of the refund being processed. The refund can be found on the gift card used during checkout. 

SHOP PAY 

Shop Pay payments are refunded in 7-10 business days after the refund is processed. 

If the order was processed with Shop Pay Instalments, any upcoming charges may be processed during this timeframe, within the limits of the Shop Pay/Affirm permissions.
