AEROSOLES FAUX LEATHER CAREUpdated 9 months ago

Faux Leather. It is soft, stylish, and a perfectly updated option for our Aerosoles customers. Faux leather in general requires less care than genuine leather but we have some tips to ensure you get the best results with a little bit of love.

Our Faux Leather shoes are best kept in dry, cool/room temperatures. Extreme heat or cold can dry the faux leather out, making it prone to cracking.

Clean your faux leather shoes with a super gentle cleanser, non-abrasive cloth, and warm (not hot) water. Allow the shoe to hair dry. Forced heat will negatively impact the fabric.

Faux leather is not as thick as genuine leather. Try to keep nix, bumps, and scratches to a minimum.  Little tears that would not show up in genuine leather may appear in faux leather.

Faux leather is prone to drying out over time. Your favorite faux leather shoe protectant can keep your shoes from drying out over time. Simply apply the protectant to a non-abrasive cloth and apply. What can we see when your shoe dries out? Cracking and nix that appear with less impact.
